Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

How to Cancel

• Customers must email or contact support with order details within the allowed timeframe.

Refund on Cancellation

• If cancelled within the allowed window, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
